We are seeking a highly motivated member to join our dynamic team and play a key role in developing and executing our schools' interventions.
What you'll do:
Inter-School Event Management
- Planning and executing Inter-School Events in schools within the Delhi/NCR region.
- Overseeing end-to-end event management, ensuring seamless execution and adherence to timelines.
- Driving marketing initiatives to enhance the visibility and participation of schools in the events.
IQF Club and Workshop Marketing
- Promoting the IQF Club and Workshops, focusing on expanding their presence in new schools.
- Developing and implementing marketing strategies to attract schools to participate in IQF Club activities.
Stakeholder Relationship Management
- Cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders, including schools and event partners.
- Engaging with IQF Club Coordinators, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in education, degree or diploma in event management, or a related field;
- Minimum 2 years of experience in event planning and execution;
- Proven ability to develop and manage project budgets;
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills;
- Strong organisational skills with a keen eye for detail;
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
