  Intervention Model

Under ideal state conditions, the model is closest to that of a nuclear fission or a chain reaction model:

A Spiritually Evolved Person (SEP) impacts the lives of a few Freshers (F), depending on his orbit and the F’s evolve into SEP’s over a period of time. These SEP’s again impact their respective orbits of F’s who eventually evolve into SEP’s. This is the Vedantic model of a Gurukala system of Education, best approximated, in modern times, by the Toal system of Education, which prevailed in India before and sometime during the British Era.

IQF calls this the Intensive Mode of Operation.

IQF is implementing a hybrid model of extensive and intensive operations.

As stated above, the ideal mode is the chain reaction mode.

IQF operates in:

Informative or Extensive Mode

Workshops, Courses and Events to work only at the “information” or “awareness” level. Taking information to areas, where not only “un-information” exists, but “dis-information and mis-information” are rampant. These workshops are contextual, since they are designed around issues that students are battling with. This is a macro-operation, where debris of distorted information is recycled into authentic information.

Transformative or Intensive Mode

An Assessment-Centre kind of an environment, where selected students, from the extensive mode of operation, are led on to interact with a SEP, who leads an intense spiritual life. Principles of human development are taught in the midst of cleaning, washing, camaraderie, cooking, decorating, etc. This is a micro-operation, where information is transformed into knowledge.
