The whole range of activities of IQF culminate in an Annual Event, which showcases the entire gamut of interventions carried out in the academic year. The Annual Event is usually organised in the Dogra Hall of IIT-Delhi (Indian Institute of Technology), New Delhi (India), in the month of April. IQF members from various schools participate in this event to share their joys, their gains and also their magic moments. The audience in the Annual Event find it an exhilarating occasion to learn not only about the progress of IQF, but also how innovative school students can be, in terms of developmental initiatives.

Following close on the heels of the Annual Event is the Principals Meet of IQF. Organised with the objective of enabling School Principals to relate to the new programmes of IQF and also to share the common fund of knowledge about the Quality movement, the Principals Meet is an occasion to discuss new patterns of development in schools and to commit to nation-building through Holistic Quality.
