Model of Intervention
Under ideal state conditions, the model is closest to that of a nuclear fission or a chain reaction model:

A Spiritually Evolved Person (SEP) impacts the lives of a few Freshers (F), depending on his orbit and the F’s evolve into SEP’s over a period of time. These SEP’s again impact their respective orbits of F’s who eventually evolve into SEP’s. This is the Vedantic model of a Gurukala system of Education, best approximated, in modern times, by the Toal system of Education,

Interschool Events

To create awareness of Holistic Quality amongst students and teachers, IQF organises several inter-school events in an academic year like Debates, Declamations, Poster-Making, Street Plays, Essay Writing, etc. These events are hosted by the member schools of IQF and provide a platform to students to express their creative talents, while retaining the educative content of the themes of the events.

Meets & Seminars

The whole range of activities of IQF culminate in an Annual Event, which showcases the entire gamut of interventions carried out in the academic year. The Annual Event is usually organised in the Dogra Hall of IIT-Delhi (Indian Institute of Technology), New Delhi (India), in the month of April.

IQF also organizes many seminars in an academic year to seed new ideas
