Who doesn’t want a great destiny? Each one of us, irrespective of our standing in
society, has an inherent desire to excel. Yet, most of us are aware that we are
not doing enough. Is it lack of understanding of our potential? If yes, then, what
do we need to do to become aware of our potential? More importantly, how do we make
this potential kinetic?

We owe it to ourselves and to our world to work towards growth and development.
But, what will enable this movement towards human development? How do we make a
difference?
That is what IQF is all about.
IQF is a non-profit organisation. Started in 1995 by Mr. Rajendra S. Pawar, Chairman
of the premier info-tech company, NIIT, IQF is promoted by a group of IIT-Delhi
(Indian Institute of Technology, New Delhi, India) alumni.

• To enable individuals realise their true potential.

IQF intends to achieve this vision through the creation of citizens, who would combine spiritual effectiveness with practical efficiency. Citizens who will have the knowledge
and the skills to deliver excellence in action and who will also embody humility,
respect and service. Since students are the future citizens of a nation, IQF has
chosen the education sector as its threshold domain for interventions. |
