Who we are

IQF is a not-for-profit organisation founded in 1995 by a group of IIT-Delhi graduates, inspired by the spirit of Quality. IQF conducts interventions on Personal Quality Improvement and values-oriented Spiritual Development for students, teachers and other beneficiaries across the country.

Our Vision resonates with the prophecy of Swami Vivekananda:

What we do

IQF has embraced this prophetic vision of Swami Vivekananda and is committed to the creation of citizens, who combine spiritual effectiveness with practical efficiency in their personalities. Citizens who will have the knowledge and the skills to deliver excellence in action and who will also embody humility, respect and service. Since students are the future citizens of a nation, IQF has chosen the education sector as its threshold domain for interventions. Following are the intervention domains of IQF:

Our approach

Swami Vivekananda said: Manifest the Divinity within and everything else will be harmoniously arranged around it. The IQF interventions are designed to reflect this principle through workshops, short courses, interschool events and seasonal camps. The objective is to build:

Physical Fitness

through an ancient Yogaasana regime, called Jeevana Tattva Sadhana

Emotional Maturity

through Bhavana exercises and sublimation of Shada-Ripu

Intellectual Penetrativeness

through study of Vedanta and Vivekananda literature

Spiritual Evolution

through the practice of a sublime Dhyaana system
